The days are getting shorter and cooler again. The perfect opportunity for a cosy meal featuring delicious autumn specialities. Alongside Bellevue classics such as capuns, beef tartare and Wiener schnitzel, Ruud Willemsen and his team offer a lovely selection of autumnal dishes. Naturally, fine game specialities are also a must.
