In our restaurant “Nova” we combine two concepts, both of which are dedicated to our credo of presenting market-fresh products of the best quality and cordial service to gourmets.
In our à la carte area, not only culinary worlds meet in perfect harmony. We have added comfortable armchairs and elegant lamps to the traditional Bündnerstube parlour and dispensed with a few decorations. It now shines in an elegant ambience and is the perfect place for a cosy get-together with family and friends.
In terms of cuisine, head chef Ruud Willemsen and his team draw on culinary classics and interpret them in their very own way. These are complemented by exciting dishes inspired by Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.
For a refined culinary lunch break, our kitchen offers a daily changing lunch menu as well as various weekly highlights.

Over 300 wines are waiting to be discovered by you. Graubünden winemakers are well represented, but there are also delicious wines from Italy, France, Spain and Portugal.
At the weekends, you can enjoy club sandwiches, burgers, breaded schnitzel, pasta or simply a platter of Bündnerfleisch and the finest cheese from Andeer.

On New Year's Eve, we offer our famous fondue chinoise with hand-cut veal and beef (CHF 98.00 per person) as well as our current à la carte menu.

During the winter months, we offer two refined gourmet menus in our “Stiva”. Ruud Willemsen’s cuisine has been awarded 16 points by the gourmet guide Gault Millau and offers creative, excellently coordinated dishes that are a surprise for the taste buds with every course.
The delicacies are presented by an attentive service team, who will also be happy to help you choose from one of our more than 300 wines.
